Good Culture, Generous Company, Ability to make money, Good Leadership, Fun Atmosphere, convenient Snack department in kitchen, minimal micro managing, pretty good commission structure, very morale company with policies
Cons
Commuite and Parking is tough whether you drive(have to pay to park in city garages) or public transportation that is always late and not always practical given your schedule, Company does not play games with tardiness or absense. will fire you for very little. a little over the top. things happen in life. All commission, so slow days can be very slow and earn you very little making that day feel like a waste. starting out, your schedule will be nights, which is tough with a family.
