      Pros

      Medical Guardian is a team oriented environment. You can tell they are making changes for the better. There are some growing pains. Sometimes it feels like the managers micromanage but they are really friendly and want the best for the company. I believe some of the practices are in place due to some of the former employees. In customer care, everyone is friendly and willing to help out and answer your questions if needed.

      Cons

      The short lunch! But that's ok I came from a job that was 12 hours shifts with a 30 min lunch. Being in the middle of the city 30 minutes sometimes is not enough time to explore during lunch.

      Pros

      Everyone is so nice and helpful here! Theres a lot of fun contests, events and other incentives that make this company fun and different. Medical Guardian is growing quickly and it really is the type of place that I feel like I can grow with.

      Cons

      Not a con about the company but commuting from the suburbs make for longer days and the cost of the train pass but I knew this before coming here.

      Pros

      This is a great place to work and it is so family oriented , they motivate form the beginning of you hiring to the end . They are always willing to help you and this is one of the best companies that I have worked for a customer service rep in 20+ years of my experience, I'm very grateful to have been chosen to work here and I have hopes of advancing in this people friendly work place

      ABSOLUTELY NONE !!!! There is nothing that i would change
