      The day I interviewed I knew that this job was a perfect fit! Imagine my surprise when I get the job and I realized that I INSTANTLY became part of another family. Everyone was friendly straight from the door! I enjoy this company so much that I've encouraged former co-workers to make the transition with me as well!

      Cons

      I am the kind of person that can always take a negative and make a positive to which I can say while I do have some slight concerns, i realize that every company has nuances that eventually resolve themselves.

      The most amazing up to date working enviormet possible. Everything is state of the art and an outstanding place to work at. Phenominal leadership and management, wonderful guidence in all aspects. Great team atmosphere that makes everyone in the building want to work they're highest potential. Great commission plan, that compliments a hard working indivisual perfectly.

      Not enormous room for growth but I love the position I am in.

      The best reason to work a MG is the opportunity to earn a good living and feel good about what you're doing. You have the opportunity to be compensated very well. There is no limit on your income. If you take advantage of the opportunity available to you, you will earn an excellent income. That income is earned while helping families protect their loved ones, which is very gratifying.

      Cons

      Dealing with the stories you hear about falls and other emergencies that happen to our clients can be tough. We learn to focus on providing an appropriate solution instead of dwellng on the sad stories.
