      Pros

      I can't say enough good things about Medical Guardian. From the minute I had my first interview I knew this was the place to me. They do everything first class and it's not a surprise because their equipment is first class as well. They treat their employees like family and really do care about them. Upper Managements doors are always open and they make it a point to get to know every single employee. Everyday I go to work I am inspired and energized. This is by far the best company I ever worked for and I hope it's the last company I ever get to work for.

      Cons

      This is a stretch but the health insurance plan is a bit expensive.

      Pros

      Best work environment and culture I've ever worked in! There is always something new and exciting happening in the company with a number of opportunities for growth within the organization. The employees are extremely friendly and hardworking, which has helped motivate me to do great work. I'm also inspired hearing and reading customer testimonials about our products because our products literally save lives with a click of a button. It's an inspiring company to work for and I'm lucky to be here!

      Ive have had the opportunity to work in many industries where the pride themselves by keeping the customer first. This company actually goes the extra mile in making sure not only the customers are happy but the employees are as well.
