      Pros

      Medical Guardian has gathered an excellent group of people to work together. The company management cares about the employees and the culture they work in. Feedback is always wanted and considered. In process improvement, work environment, benefits. Basically any way to improve the company.

      Cons

      As of yet I have no cons and see none coming. So a "con" that is not really a con is that there is plenty to do here at MG (opportunities!). Be ready to work. A good sign of a successful company.

      Pros

      This is a really great company to work for, the office environment is amazing and I always get lots of support from management. I look forward to working for these guys for a long time to come!

      Cons

      The *only* real issue I have is that the medical benefits could be better, though I understand that this is an ongoing negotiation process and that they do get better every year.

      Pros

      I love coming in everyday to people smiling who are happy to be at work and most of that is due to the environment MG creates here and how well they take care of their employees. The CEO Geoff knows everyone by name and is always very approachable and friendly. I have worked many places but feel that I have found a home here. Good benefits and Compensation structures Bonus structure keeps everyone motivated and fosters a friendly competition within our dept. Monthly meetings keep everyone in tune with the general direction the company is moving, and acknowledges those who contribute. When sick, management genuinely cares about health, other jobs I have felt like "just a number" but here management wants whats best for the employees.

      Cons

      I cant think of any. I'd say I'm in the "honeymoon" stage but I've talked to other people who have been here since the company's inception and they still feel the same way.
