Positive team members for the most part Very respectable atmosphere Light hearted attitude, not always about work related You own your success, do the work well and you will move up fast Training actually helps you make transition if from different working background Supervisors are great resources for help when needed for any issue CEO make himself present on the floor at times, which is nice that hes not an office junkie Great amount of OT available

A lot of downtime if you're new on the floor. Solely responsible for account updates and activate new devices.

This is one of the first jobs I have had in quite some time that I smile about at just its thought. As a "newbie" to the city of Philadelphia, I was especially concerned about finding a place to work where I could not only support myself, but also feel secure, supported/encouraged, capable and equipped with the tools to succeed. Our executives, supervisors and coworkers are blatantly open for guidance, support, and just plain-old good conversation. Right out of the gate, after a considerable amount of training, you are presented with opportunities to thrive and excel in whatever role you have; in terms of career development, and then don't forget to remember *** the monetary $$$*** advancement aspect. The company is growing exponentially, and seeing that growth while also being incorporated in it proves to be a satisfying experience.

Our office is in a high-rise, and the elevators are slow sometimes.

Great colleagues, comfortable office with a great view, comfortable office environment. The CEO really takes the time to get to know his employees and his passion comes through in every aspect of company life. I am happy to work for a company whose CEO truly leads by example.

Cons

The office size is growing so rapidly it's hard to recognize people / meet people outside of your shift.
