Pros

Enjoying working everyday helping people protect loved ones. Feel good about helping families, and friends. Very rewarding, and Geoff Gross is an awesome CEO that I have worked for four years. And I have great respect for Mark Leighton our COO. They value long term Sales Consultants.

Cons

Septa train schedule on weekends.

Pros

Everyone at Medical Guardian is supportive and they want you and the company to succeed. It makes it easy to come to work everyday when you enjoy what you are doing and the environment is fun.

Cons

The workload can become overwhelming at times depending what promotions are running, but overall there are no real complaints. I do however wish we were provided with a few weeks of paid maternity leave to take some of the burden off of new and expecting parents.

Pros

great company to work for and the work we do is important to help others who have our services. I like the work I do and the people I work with. This is the first job that I have had where I look forward to coming to work and don't mind coming in early or staying late if needed.
