great people to work with, great atmosphere to work in, i love everyrhing about it. to muxh stuff to name lol Cons: there isnt any. Medical guardian Exceeded my expectations by far! I never thought it was possible to work some place I actually look forward to going to work.  Management treats you like a human being and not just a body to fill seats like some places I've worked. They actually care about you. What place you know ask to name your children and or spouse because there's family event and want to get to know you . All of the employees smile and speak to each other it's like one big happy family. I felt welcomed and at home my first day. Everyone introduced themselves and offered help if it was needed. This was the best choice I have ever made and I look forward to being with this company til I retire. The CEO is in the office he's approachable takes the time to speak to us all and learn our names. I have never met the CEO of any company I have worked at ever and to have him come around and talk to us is really cool. He's a great guy! There's always something fun going on and appreciation shown for the work that we do. The Christmas party was like nothing I've ever experienced. It's was awesome!  The office is beautiful it's clean and bright we have Beautiful stations and the most comfortable chairs the cafe is stunning the artwork and color scheme is beautiful the view is beautiful also. I really love working at this company not to mention I love the work were doing assisting the Mature Folk. ;-)  It's overall the best place to work at! Thanks for choosing me for the most amazing position! SC

The company culture is excellent; especially the customer service manager. I really and truly learned so much and grew a great deal while working here.
