      Pros

      Medical Guardian is the leader in its industry with a strong commitment to its core values. It is a fast growing company, that has an extremely positive work environment. This company really likes to focus on a healthy work-life balance. Medical Guardian believes that strong culture is the foundation for prolonged success. One of the best things about working at Medical Guardian is the ability to make a difference in peoples lives and that is a great feeling!

      Cons

      Medical Guardian does not have an enormous room for growth.

      Thank you for your feedback! It is our goal and desire to always promote from within wherever possible. However, there are always going to be certain positions that make sense for us to recruit externally for a variety of reasons. However, we will continue to be transparent with all positions and keep employees up to date on potential opportunities.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Very nice and very flexible people. I had to move and MG accommodated all of my requests. Taking time off is not an issue. My team and great people that I love to work with.

      Cons

      The brand it self is based on successful brand that were there before MG. Sometimes i think that the brand slows down MG brand since it can't really be in re-invented. With that being said MG is open to re-brand.

      Pros

      I couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with! The amount of support we provide each other has exceeded my expectations based off prior experiences with other organizations. I thoroughly enjoy solving problems that affect daily operations to see our company grow and succeed. Compensation is competitive and there is always room to grow. I trust Geoff Gross' vision and am fully on-board with the success we will be achieving in the future with Medical Guardian.
