management team takes things seriously and listen to what you got to say. we been saying we need better medical insurance and now we got good medical with ibx and benefit people to go to when you have questions about coverage that respond. not to be dramatic but them listening to all those surveys and giving us affordable medical probably saved my life. i wouldnt have gone to a dr if we kept the old one, but they listened to what we needed and now i could address some things that could have gotten worse if i waited one more year.
