Pros

Management is extremely supportive and will go above and beyond to help you grow in the position. Regular coaching sessions are the norm. Generous PTO is provided.

Cons

Your performance is compared to the performance of your peers each day, which can be intimidating. Some training/reference materials are outdated or incorrect, which can be frustrating when you're trying to learn. Health insurance benefits have room to improve.

Pros

Adequate training, excellent pay, great work environment, weekly coaching with supervisors, benefits. It's nice to have a CEO who doesn't have hide away in a office but takes the time to get to know his employees. As well as a management team who genuinely care and make sure you have all the tools you need to succeed. It's a great to have a job where you enjoy what you do and also know your helping others.

Cons

I have no cons, I enjoy working here.

Pros

Medical Guardian is different from any other employer I have worked for. First off, the management team is beyond nice and very supportive. I look forward to being coached by my manager because I always walk out feeling valued, encouraged, and full of energy. It starts with the CEO and the Director who truly strive to understand and appreciate every person on an individual basis. Company standards are very high while goals are achievable. The culture is terrific. Daily huddles and motivational emails are the norm. So is the daily feedback on performance/scores. This company is very progressive in the sense that every day improves on the day before, in other words, it's constant innovation and change. This position has its challenges, however, you are not "glued" to the phone - there's frequent "ready" time as well. Because of this, I'm not drained at the end of my shift. During the day we can google chat with coworkers, which makes the day more fun. The response to coronavirus has been very timely and on point from the beginning. Medical Guardian showed that it protects not just its clients, but also employees. We have access to free mental health, nutritional advice, zoom fitness, and other services (legal, financial, etc).

Cons

shallow incentive structure for CSR, limited training
