      Pros

      so i am a new hire i just started but you know when you find your place you just feel at home, that is medical guardian, i am a work from home agent but they definitely make sure you feel like you are part of the team and working right in the office with them.

      Everyone is very attentive, the engagemnet of leadership is outstanding.

      Cons

      Medical Insurance is still on the higher side, hopefully that will get better the bigger the company gets.

      You have a great support system hear at Medical Guardian with a proven system in place to make you successful. Once owned and mastered you can easily write your own check with focus and perseverance.
