Pros

Is there any company that is perfect...of course not. However, this job is pretty close. The training is a week long. You go over the basics of the role. Which, is pretty self explanatory. After, you will get warms leads to call, but will not be the best. Just gets you used to the process. After some time, you will start to get better leads and the money increases. The best part, you control majority of your paycheck. If you convert and sale higher billing terms, you can make a few hundred a day. That is within the first 60 days. Another amazing thing, is the hours. Your schedule is fixed. If you work 8-430, at 4:32, you are walking to the elevator. As well as, you do not have to take this job home with you. Any experienced sales people, know how valuable that is.

Cons

While the management is diverse and knowledgeable, some can be quick with punishment. Even on a first offense. As a whole, some lead with the rod versus the carrot. While this is not a con to me, you are required to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). However, you do have a day off during the week.

Pros

What impresses me most about Medical Guardian is that its an 100% commission gig and people still don't leave. The office and building is beautiful. You're located in the heart of center city and the system in which they operate is top notch! Top reps Make $150K+ Good reps can make $80K+. Your days go by really fast and most of all the work isn't stressful. The products are great most of the work is done up front for you by the great marketing and the companies reputation. I honestly wish I would have found this job a lot sooner.

Cons

You have to make 100 outbound calls as a new hire along with taking the inbounds. If you don't complete them you will be put on a dialer the next day of old leads and still have to complete your 100 calls. There are some other reasons you can be placed on the dialer ;however, I've avoided it so hey!
