Pros
During the beginning of 2000 the company seemed good. They promoted within and company morale was great. The culture was easy going and people liked each other, for the most part.
Cons
...Soon, the wrong people were promoted. This caused questions and talk among the other employees. In time, the company morale collapsed because of major nepotism within the company. This made employees unhappy and they felt unheard. Medical benefits are not the same across the board. If you are in management you get a better policy. If you're on the bottom of the pole then you get less coverage and pay more out of pocket.
