In my particular department, there was very little professional development. I was very bored, would ask for extra work all the time, not get any, and then be reprimanded when it appeared I was sitting not doing anything. I had a run in with a woman in the Toledo office, who is very high up in the company, where I found out she was saying negative things about me publically in meetings. I thought her behavior was very unprofessional and being that I had never met her, I found it unfounded.
