It’s a great place to work if you’ve been there for twenty or more years. Not so good for new or younger employees. Some of the old-timers have a civil service mentality that makes them uncooperative and resistant to change. They also have a vast sense of entitlement which can sometimes be amusing. There are some good employees, but there is also a lot of dead wood. As another reviewer remarked, don’t expect any professional development or opportunities for advancement.

Projects take a long time to complete. Management is not very involved with employees. Not a very social atmosphere, can be isolated.
