      This is the type of position and company that I have been looking for within the Life Science sector.

      Pros

      I started during the COVID crisis and was concerned how that would affect my onboarding process. However, it was extremely easy to set up working from home because of my manager and the HR department. Additionally, my coworkers and managers are not only brilliant people, but they are also genuinely kind and have been so helpful as I learn more about clinical trial data management. This was the new type of opportunity in the Life Science industry that I have been looking for and I'm excited to continue working for this company.

      Cons

      There are a lot of e-learnings, more than my previous experiences, but they are useful once you begin tasks for your role.

      Pros

      Great company culture (inclusiveness, engagement, commitment - in a friendly and professional atmosphere), good benefits, flexible work environment, excellent equipment. Generally speaking, everything is done so the employees can work in great conditions, which is much appreciated.

      Cons

      Complex organization, not easy to understand the structure, it does take a lot of time. Not sure the job matches exactly the description I received when being interviewed - or/and my initial expectations - but maybe things will evolve with time. Want to make sure this is not a step back in my career path.
