Pros
GREAT company culture, competitive salary, very friendly people, awesome NY office. You will assimilate quickly due to fast pace. Great PTO policy, esp if you are a Manager.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but working here is not for the faint of heart. If you are used to working in a large company where doing the bare minimum is standard, this is not the place for you. You will be challenged in ways you never have been and often the pressure is dialed-up. Sometimes too many "chefs" in the kitchen.
