Pros

People are great, great culture the vibe the tone that the two founders set for everyone

Cons

Smaller growing comp lack some basic infrastructure, but getting there just a bit painful.

Growth happened faster than resourcing. Divided locations. Occasional poor collaboration between Sales and Operations.

Sometimes seems disconnected in teams. Parts developed by some teams not ready for use in prime time. A platform that needs some more time.
