From the culture, people, benefits, and work/life balance, Medidata is probably the best company I've worked for. Also the company has a strong mission statement, so it is awesome knowing you are making a meaningful impact in the world through your work. I can definitely see myself working here for the long term. I can see why most people are with the company for a long time. The company also really cares about your well-being and growth in career. Also, even though I was hired during covid, the company made the transition so easy. Overall, very professional but also approachable!

Cons

There is transition going on merging the parent company. Hope the culture and everything stays the same even with the merge as it is great right now!
