work/life balance, access to resources, professional support, skilled and talented co-workers, market leading product, Glen and Tarek are great leaders.. you can't ask for a better set up

Cons

everything is a team effort.. which can sometimes cause some frustration around misunderstandings.. but it's a very small con if you're not used to having or requiring so much support.. overall, this is hardly a consequence
