      The place that cares beyond words but with action

      Pros

      The environment is incredible, culture and room for growth. The ability to be cross trained and move amongst departments. They are willing to take a chance on each prospective employee with the right work attitude. Salary and benefits are also a pro.

      Cons

      I am yet to experience a con to working with Medidata.

      A company that really values it's products and employee

      Pros

      -Takes pride in it's products to ensure that the company is delivering the best result possible -Employee satisfaction and engagement is a priority. Not only do they have winter and summer parties, and great benefits but they also evaluate employees on a quarterly basis instead of a yearly. -Progressive in cultural awareness and diversity-they strive to make sure all employees feel heard and included -Senior management is hands on, in that they know the products and are happy to guide you to success, no micromanagement -WFH/Remote work options

      Cons

      We were just bought by a bigger company so there has been some hesitation among employees regarding the future of the company (benefits, culture awareness, pay etc.)
