      A lot of great people work at Medidata

      Cons

      Exec management are incompetent to run a grown up company, and they are letting all the smart people who could walk out the door. Is such a sad time. And agree with the previous comment to HR - own the outcome, and stop posting fake reviews!!! Cannot think of anything more disingenuous.

      Pros

      1.) Great atmosphere, friendly people. 2.) 1st day of each month they provide breakfast. 3.) They try to cater for people’s need in the office. 4.) Good career prospects 5.)

      Cons

      1.) The hours are 9am to 6pm, you would think Medidata being a technology company of the future they would be closer to 9am to 5pm. 2.) No option for working from home, even though my job can also be fulfilled fully from home. Or provide this option for employees who have a long commute to work.

      Pros

      The people are hand-picked to "fit in" to the Medidata culture and as such all gel together. Outstanding market-leading position with enormous potential for growth. What Medidata does can/will/does transform the lives of millions of people.

      Cons

      Customers haven't really wised up to what we do yet: they need to get more ambitious. We're on a journey from selling multiple solutions to a full enterprise platform, with the associated short-term frustrations.
