      Excellent sense of community/team spirit, great office location and environment, and recognition is received for hard work

      Cons

      Lack of communication between upper management and rest of employees, difficult to get a promotion in certain teams

      Pros

      rapidly growing company with great products on the marked (market domination) and in the pipeline. Very nice company culture where the founders are still the executives. Great team spirit.

      Cons

      pre-hiring on-boarding process was lengthy and cumbersome - performed by a vendor on behalf of Medidata. Post-hiring on-bording was not well structured by HR and IT department.

      Founder culture, parties/social events, great prospects/positive future, flexible working from home , innovative, not too corporate/faceless

      Cons

      Team members working from home or being remote can make it a bit fractured, Processes seem a bit hazy and ill defined to a new comer. Steep learning curve with insufficient support
