      Ability to create and innovate new solutions and offerings. Management open and encouraging of new ideas and better way of working. Salary is competitive with industry. Smart and dedicated team of people with Good team work and cooperation within team

      Pros

      Like all growing companies, Medidata is struggling to find its workplace identity. Trying to keep good talent and clean out legacy workers is a constant challenge and for the most part they have been successful. The workplace, the job, and the processes are constantly evolving keeping the job interesting, but you need to enjoy that type of environment. If you don't like change, then this place is definitely not for you.

      Cons

      Trying to maintain a good work/life balance is difficult. Accountability for failure to delivery is sometime part on the wrong people. Goals can be out of sync with true needs.
