      Pros

      Good, inspiring mission but that’s about it now. Tech was strong but not expanding or growing well.

      Cons

      Bad management, too much political discourse and too many leadership changes.

      Pros

      Benefits are good, unlimited PTO is great. Leadership is friendly but not your friends. Culture is great.

      Cons

      Severely overworked and underpaid. Its not a typical 9-5 job, a lot of weeks, Ive had to work nonstop with only breaks to sleep. You might be making a decent salary but the amount of work youre doing makes it basically a moot point, even with a bonus attached on. Even experienced people are worked a lot and that work can be dumped on you.
