      Good company, but faces similar challenges to other SAAS companies

      Pros

      - Fair compensation - Excellent employee benefits - liberal PTO, time off policy - Expanded market reach due to acquisition by Dessault Systems

      Cons

      - management mantra - "you scratch my back, I scratch yours". - very limited opportunities for advancement (depends on who you know) which is not merit/performance based - Long term company vision has not trickled down to different levels of management and to their direct reports i.e. they are all not singing the same song

      Pros

      Good pay. If you land on the right team, you will be very close and really feel the comraderie. Work life balance is good. They offer unlimited PTO which, as everyone in PM knows, is ridiculous. A PM that's gone for more than a month a year is going to suffer.

      Cons

      Since its a tech company, most clients are usually angry. MD doesn't support classical PM methodologies so most project feel like you are winging it.

      Unlimited PTO, work from home, company strategy starting to come together

      Cons

      Expectations can be hard to meet when senior leadership still seems in flux. The great work/life balance the company once had has faded away.
