      - college-like environment in the engineering group, great culture and values - working with very smart, visionary people that don't fear failure and are always looking to make things better, adopt the latest technologies and improve the process - appreciation and opportunities to grow for talented people - good work-life balance

      Cons

      working in a regulated environment can sometimes be frustrating because things are not moving as fast as engineers would like, but there is a genuine effort to automate and optimize the process

      Pros

      The office atmosphere is positive and the coworkers are friendly. Good benefits as well as flexibility with working at home/office.

      Cons

      - The company continuously focuses to be at the top of the industry while seemingly disregarding the brunt of its own staff dissatisfaction(s). - Many employees do the work of 3 or 4. Unrealistic expectations (with little to no planning on implementation) are unfairly placed upon the staff while changes are not given the reasonable time to be implemented. - Good luck in receiving positive feedback from management when you do the equivalent of parting the Red Sea.

      Pros

      There are a handful of people I like. Working from home when allowed.

      Cons

      Does anyone else notice the turnover in HR? Other than the head of HR and one other person in it, everyone has left within the past two years, and then before that everyone keeps changing...I wonder why??? There is no support, there is no discussion allowed, and Muppets run the show, nothing will change. What a mistake I made in coming here. Don't you dare discuss turnover. Problems are to be ignored, not discussed.
