      A Horrible Company

      The benefits are okay and my co-workers are okay and supportive.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies due to hours and politics. Everyone is cut-throat and it is a horrible atmosphere to work in. The salaries are awful and management is terrible

      Friendly and knowledgeble collegues, challenging work env, cross platform learning, lot of importance on colloboration and cross department communications, focus on employees

      Cons

      Cant think of many cons so far besides the regular challenges but the support from the collegues is wonderful. Every one tries to help an work with you on resolving th issue and moving forward.

      Supportive culture eroded by poor leadership changes

      Pros

      The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

      Cons

      After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
