It's not everyday you can say your work directly impacts thousands of lives. Management is engaged, listens to employee feedback and makes changes. You can tell they want to create a work environment that employees feel proud of. Ideas can come from any level of the organization, which is rare for a company of this size. The people are great, and passionately care about the company's mission and performance. Great place to work!

The company is growing very fast, which can be stressful for those who don't like change.

Pros

I recently started working at Medifast. I'm extremely impressed with how the company and CEO have handled COVID-19. We've been allowed to work from home and make decisions according to special circumstances and family situations. The company culture is positive and supportive and I have built relationships with coworkers quickly. Communication is consistent and I never feel like information is being hidden from me, especially during this uncertain time. The benefits are great and it's extremely rewarding working for a company that promotes health and wellness of all.

The company has made many changes over the past couple of years improving company culture.
