Pros
Business is growing. Adding more text to meet the five word minimum.
Cons
Everything else. Many departments are severely understaffed. Pay is well below the national average. There have been no cost-of-living increases in 6+ years. 'Merit increases' capped for everyone at 3% even though the company made a huge profit in 2017. Since the current CEO came on in October 2016, the company has eliminated all women and all but one person of color from executive leadership positions. The CEO himself is Problematic with a capital P. The general consensus is that you don't matter beyond the dollar signs you represent, especially if you are a woman or any kind of minority.
