      Pros

      Medifast has a very professional, and friendly environment. Great benefits, 401k, company gym, training, tuition reimbursement, volunteer opportunities, company events (baseball games, picnics, BBQ's, Fall Festival). They always try to promote from within first before looking outside for candidates. I have felt valued and very challenged here over the last few years, and I continue to find new leadership and training opportunities. It's a great environment for anyone who wants to learn and grow.

      Cons

      There's a lot of great benefits to working at Medifast, but the pay is not very competitive.
