6yYou are right, we CAN do better - and we're working on it!
The business hired a new Head of People and Culture in April, and then created the role of Manager, People and Growth (that's me, I joined mid-June!) expressly to address some of the issues you mention above. As a current employee, I am hoping you are starting to feel things change for the positive since writing this review.
We just completed an Employee Survey globally and are in the process of analyzing the results to see where we should concentrate our efforts to improve things and there are already plans in place, so don't give up yet!
Now, as for "fake reviews"...trust me, if we were going to write fake reviews about working here (and for the record, we wouldn't), we'd make them positive ones! They're pretty scarce on here at the moment but we're hoping that'll change soon too. ;)
