You’re colleagues and steady income.

Cons

Cheap owners. Bad working environment. Most employees are unhappy. Management is unorganized and stressed.. then they do a lot of finger pointing and scapegoating.. no onus.

Pay is great for the job at hand, especially in sales great opportunity to make money Amazing people CEO actually cares about the employees and their families Benefits are great 3 weeks vacation and 5 personal days, RRSP option AMAZING Holiday Party
