We agree that it's far easier to perform at your best WITHOUT having someone breathe down your neck - we hire great people so there is no need to!
And free parking, in Montreal, without worrying about whether it's Mon-Thurs between 3:22 and 7:17 except on holidays after dusk etc. is indeed a real perk!
Communication can always be improved and I'm pleased to say that we just completed a Global Employee Survey where we encouraged all employees to really "Tell it Like it Is" so that we can identify which areas of the Employee Experience we can focus our energies on improving. They told us, we listened and now we are in the process of developing improvement strategies with our Senior Leadership team. Good things are on the horizon!
