- Great place to learn all the different facets of supply chain industry - No micromanagement, ability to take ownership of tasks - Very nice people and strong social environment - Decent compensation and benefits (3 weeks vacation base) - Flexibility with time off - Great introduction to pharmaceutical industry

Cons

- Not convenient for commute from downtown or east of Montreal

Pros

-Lots of opportunities and a great place to learn the compounding/pharmaceutical world -great benefits such as 3 weeks vacation, 1 week of personal days, great insurance plans, flexibility etc. -access to upper management is easy; they’re there to help you at all times -medium sized company and people are friendly - you’ll be known by everyone on a first name basis -recent changes have been made to various departments for the better

Cons

Lots of negativity from people that left - they will write horrible reviews to make Medisca look bad.
