Pros

Parking Space Vacation benefits Medical Insurance Some departments are fun to work with

Cons

Large turnover, management doesn't care about people leaving. This is a revolving door and not a good career choice. People are afraid to speak up and keep their head down in order to save their jobs. Between 3-4 people leave almost every month, very depressing. Old fashioned management that doesn't care about people just sales and profit.

Thank you for your comments. We are happy to hear that you see value in the benefits we offer. We have recently implemented a self assessment in the annual performance appraisal process as we are very open to hearing feedback from employees and implementing change when possible. We have made significant changes over the past year and we look to continue to do so in an effort to continuously improve.

Pros

I would have said working with good people but they all quit.

Cons

First, any good review is 199% fake, believe me, I know the past and current employees. Second, Everything is a con at Medisca. The President is terribly greedy and has no idea what he is doing. They do not appreciate any employee and would rather lose 4 million dollars a year than put their ego aside, by listening to their very few employees they have left lol and making a change. All employees are underpaid, treated like scum and no growth what’s so ever. Disaster of a company.

Thank you for your thoughts. We are sorry you feel this way. We often post positions internally and encourage employees to apply as we always like to promote from within. There are numerous examples of employees that have been with us for years and have been promoted not once but often several times. We put effort into attracting and retaining strong capable motivated talent that will help the company to continue to be successful. Our staff is continuously growing and new positions being hired for as the company’s consistent growth allows us to add exciting new role and talented staff to our team.
