Honestly, there is nothing to say.

Cons

Be ready to be humiliated by supervisors and managers. You need to keep track of vacations as managers are not honest and will try to trick you. Cameras all around to check what you are doing. Micromanagement is the philosophy of this place. Long hours of work and just 45m lunch. Pathetic benefits. An extremely toxic place to be. Avoid it as much as you can.

Cons

If you are not a motivated individual and do not like to put in the work, this job is not for you. Those who succeed are the ones who have the drive to be successful.
