Pros
Great people, hard working colleagues, work from home 50%, unique and good niche market, lots to learn on, step into pharma, nice holiday party, lots of collaboration with outside sales teams
Cons
Very administrative, so many reports, outdated , outdated management styles, software can be be inefficient and not user friendly, managers can be quite unprofessional at times. No room for growth. Inventory is always on back order. Only managers get promoted! Inside teams get treated like secretaries. Pay is quite low for pharma.
