      it a good company to start the career with but not enough growth. Company offer good benefits to the employees

      not much career growth. Hiring and firing culture with very sales team. look like you are working in a call center.

      Pros

      Great colleagues, decent insurance coverage, RRSP matching plan, growing company, provides extensive training, good for getting a foot in the industry.

      Cons

      Nepotism is rampant, management is immature with uneven leadership skills, the work stations are like cattle pens, HR is not very trustworthy.

      Parking lot and colleagues. IGA close by. Nice little park close by. Premiere Moison close by.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY poor management; VERBALLY abusive; very uncomfortable work stations; Canadian holidays not respected; no flexibility whatsoever; manager who yells at you disrespects you constantly; management steals your ideas and claims it was theirs; threatening tactics; cameras everywhere; no team spirit. This is the 21st century and this should never be allowed. I was looked at everyday with an evil threatening look everyday by a psychologically unstable person who verbally abuses employees. It must stop.
