Poor management, both Sales and HR. Lack of support, clarity and transparency. You get the sense that a lot is said behind people's backs and that information is controlled and censored. Very poor work environment, feels like you're in a cow barn with very limited movement possible for 8 hours a day. High turnover.

Egos and cliques block this company from realising its full potential. Hard work and results mean nothing if you're not in the clique that has the owner's ear. Some will even complicate your job if they feel you pose a threat to their status in the pecking order. Morale is in the gutter and most non-management employees are looking for other jobs. Turn over is incredibly high. Work time is measured down to the minute. You must clock in and out at all times and minutes are deducted from your pay even if you login one minute late. You don't get to make it up by skipping your breaks.
