      Pros

      I was treated very well during my time at Medisca. They are a very flexible company and the people I've interacted with have all been great.

      Cons

      I think that there could be more clarity towards execution. There's lots of ideas being presented, but very little concrete action towards achieving their goals.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time with Medisca. Management on the sales side is great. My direct manager, national sales manager and sales director we’re all very positive, innovative and sales and results focused. Vacation/time off were good perks

      Cons

      Compensation was a little on the lower side of the industry if you work in a sales capacity.
