Pros
- The people are by far the biggest pro. Their employees are some of the best people you will ever work with, you will actually want to spend time with them outside of work. - Convenient location for those who live in the west island. - Great learning curve for new graduates. You will learn a lot and gain valuable experience. - There are a few very good managers who protect the wellbeing of their staff and are very approachable/helpful. - Many entry level jobs for new graduates.
Cons
- Clock in/out system. Even though you are told that it is only for attendance, management is still counting down your time owed to the second. - HR is only there to enforce rules (not their fault, direction is coming from higher up) and not the wellbeing of their employees. They often send emails to all employees in bold, underlined, or capitalized letters. - Cameras are everywhere, you feel as though you are constantly being watched. - There are signs posted everywhere telling you what not to do. - Salaries are not competitive. - Little room for advancement.
