      -The people you work with can be a lot of fun -The work is pretty straight forward and easy

      Cons

      -The pay isn't the best -You get a very small amount of vacation and sick time -You're replaceable and they know it

      Pros

      Professional, competent, kind, communicable, problem-solving, and solution-seeking general manager. Mr. De Stefano gives his employees the confidence to work independently while encouraging team communication and networking. His work ethic and methodology allows the company’s vast and complex operations to be executed and orchestrated harmoniously.

      Cons

      Lower management. Lots of talking and poor management skills. Honestly, would be incredibly talented and successful in Public Relations but that was not his/her job title.
