      -Current management in place, new commission plan, overall view for the future have all improved greatly. -New opportunity for reps now more than ever. -If you are looking to grow as a rep the environment here will allow for this. In the past it did not. -Over all the company is moving in a positive direction. -Reps being able to make good money, opportunities opening up, and great leadership are all great signs of things to come. -the people

      -Upper management needs to find direction and stick with it. -Always late the party on “new” products and lines. -Can take time to get things accomplished inside the company. -No communication from what happens inside to outside
