      Pros

      - fun people to work with - gym reimbursement - great location for suburban commuters - fair compensation for new graduates

      Cons

      - LONG and sometimes unnecessary hours (7:30-6:00) - high turnover - a lot of unnecessary meetings - not a lot of upward mobility in terms of pay and opportunity

      Pros

      The overall mission and integrity of the organization is truly second to none. Management works with recruiters to set tough, yet achievable goals.

      Cons

      Things are very different between the offices. Training is weak. I felt the training program did not prepare you for success at all.

      Pros

      Awesome team. Love that the core purpose is so active here! I feel like I'm part of a company that cares about the big picture and gets involved in their community beyond their business.

      Cons

      Since we're growing so rapidly, there is a lot of change to keep on top of. Also sometimes it takes a long time to implement that change.
