      Pros

      Very supportive staff who care about their reviews and evaluations and seek to correct any challenges that are mentioned by current and former employees.

      Cons

      Somewhat unwilling to act as liaison between employer and employee in order to repair possible discrepancies which may exist.

      Pros

      Great people, great values, and an awesome first job out of college. The companies mission and values are not just something posted on the website but are things everyone lives by. I learned a lot and will miss working with such great people

      Cons

      The pay is very low providing few individuals an opportunity to make a lot of money and the majority of employees making very little. The hours are very long and it's expected to be there from 7:00 am-6:00 pm every day. You also are expected to handle correspondence after working hours and get in trouble if you don't handle it before coming into work the next day.

      Pros

      Great growth opportunity. Can make good money if you put in the time and effort. Really enjoy the people and company does a great job planning philanthropy outings with the team.

      Cons

      Really good first job out of college. Job can be stressful, long hours, but extremely rewarding. Company is lacking management training.
