      Pros

      The company truly lives by its core values and wants its employees to succeed and be happy. It's a fun work environment, with the majority being very positive, fun and hard working people.

      Cons

      I think that people in support roles get pushed aside and are not recognized as much as other employees in the company. I also feel that compensation is very low while expectations are very high.
