Pros

-Get to build relationships with great people -Very rewarding to be able to help so many people

Cons

-Management is terrible -The say they value you as an individual - it goes self, family then Medix and they proved this to be untrue really fast -I was paid way under what my contract said -I was treated unfairly throughout my time there and they made me dread going to work every morning -Office has alot of drama and constant closed-door conversations -Zero work life balance -Didn't believe in their core values whatsoever

Pros

Opportunity to understand and practice the full sales lifecycle out of college in a mostly patient environment. Satisfaction in participating in meaningful work by helping match talent with new job opportunities. Participating in multiple philanthropy events throughout the year.

Cons

This company is a good old boys club and it is often times not hard work or ability to lead that will earn you a promotion but who you know/are favored by and of course being a man is a huge help. It is this model that is creating so much turn over and frustration within the offices; being a good sales person and knowing who to get close with does not equate to being a great leader.
