Pros

Quick job placement, friendly recruiters, professional

Cons

Sent me to get a drug screen but didn't forward my info to the lab, this was on the first day of the job, no one answered the phone at Medix that early in the morning, very annoying, arrived to the job when they told me to but the manager was visibly upset that I was there a 1/2 hour too early, poor communication between the client and Medix, first paycheck was on a debit card they sent me but it was unknown how much was on it when I took it too the bank, shouldn't take 3 weeks to direct deposit to kick in, not too many job opportunities, maybe poor reputation??

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We provide the Global Cash Card option to our talent in instances of late timecard approval/submittal or if talent did not submit a voided check for direct deposit. Direct deposit takes longer if voided checks are not submitted, because we then need to verify the routing and account numbers you provided with your bank.

Pros

The Core Values are great, the Impacting Lives is amazing!

Cons

The job is not hard but it takes time. You need to put the time in to start reaping and rewards and until you get to 10k in spread your still barely making money. For the amount of time you put in the money is not there. You can recruit any other place and make more money. When i first started i thought the culture and the people make the difference and make you want to stay here but within the last 1-2 years the growth of the company has led to the culture changing. The people on top are valued and those struggling can just keep struggling without help and without motivation and then when they get disengaged the leadership just tells them to quit. It's changed a lot since I've started here and I've witnessed a lot of poor communication from leadership and disrespectful insults from LEADERSHIP! This is no longer a place I would recommend for people.

Pros

The people, the culture, the will to succeed. It can be a difficult job in a difficult industry but that is one of the aspects I find most enjoyable. I am challenged everyday and never bored.

Cons

Compensation can be more competitive across the board, because of the industry requirements and the fact that you are with a growing organization that is still sometimes figuring things out you will work long hours in order to be successful.
